Design Interaction
 Eddings Signature Homes, Inc. offers a wide range of Home Design services. We want to be your ONE-STOP BUILDER and offer in-house design assistance. Bring your ideas and dreams to us and let us custom design a home specifically for you! We can also make design changes, corrections or modifications to your existing plans that you bring to us so that the entire process may be simplified. So many times, architects and design firms create the plan your want, but ultimately the plan is cost-prohibitive to build. Often times, the client ends up out of luck with dollars wasted.
As a DESIGN/BUILD company, we will sit down with you to determine your specific criteria, your ideas, and ultimately create a wish list. We then work with you on a preliminary sketch and can provide you a preliminary estimate of costs. If the estimate of costs agrees with your budget, we can proceed with floor plans, basic elevations and true building specifications for your home for a minimal fee of one percent (1%) of the total estimated building costs. The time you devote and the detail you give us will allow us to give you a fixed price bid with ample allowances that you choose to have included. Your one percent fee applies toward your down payment upon contract signing and you have saved unnecessary fees.
We will communicate and work with you to turn your dream home into a reality! This same communication will continue through the construction of your home, giving you personalized service. Our construction and design team work together to give you the best of both at an affordable price. We BUILD FOR YOU and WITH YOU before the sale, during construction, and long after your home is complete through customer service after the closing of your home.
In addition, if an architect or designer is used, the builder and client will interact with the architect during the design phase. Builder will meet with the architect during the initial or preliminary stage to discuss cost or financial issues, availability and feasibility of certain products, design enhancements, structural concerns, code requirements, etc. We also work with many of the local designers such as Mark Todd, Architect, Randall Parks, R. H. Designs and Kirkpatrick Design. We also use various national stock plan providers such as Nelson Designs, Donald A. Gardner, and many others.
