Michael Eddings, President of Eddings Signature Homes has been in the home building and construction industry since 1989 starting his carrier with one of the nation's largest home builders after receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A & M University. Michael's resume illustrates a solid background in residential custom construction as well as customer relations and business management. Michael consistently shares his time and knowledge with his clients beginning at lot selection and plan design well before a project estimate is prepared. He meets with his potential clients one on one several times guiding them through the process. His clients receive the benefit of his extensive construction knowledge, experience managing sub-contractors and suppliers and most of all his integrity. Michael is a member of the Montgomery County Custom Builders Council and the Greater Houston Builders Association. He assumes overall responsibility for the operations of the company and is directly involved with the customer from lot selection, plan review, and cost proposals to "hands-on" building supervision during the construction of the home.
Ed Repa is Construction Manager for ESH. Ed brings more than twenty (20) years' experience as a custom home builder with extensive experience in supervising building crews. He has considerable experience in foundations, cabinetry and trim, framing, and sheetrock as he has more than 29 years of hands-on construction. Ed excels in homeowner interaction, personally performing takeoffs, solicits bids, establishes work schedules, oversees subcontractors and suppliers, and supervises the construction process. We consider him invaluable and truly an asset to Eddings Signature Homes, Inc.
Jerry Thomas brings more than twenty (20) years' experience in real estate sales, marketing, and home building. He handles all lot and land acquisitions, identifies and purchases hardware and fixtures for speculative homes, and is responsible for county, septic and ACC permitting for all homes. He communicates and assists Mike and Ed with scheduling and material pick up/delivery as needed. He also handles all field warranty and service calls, scheduling, and meeting various trades and is a critical part of the team.

Ms. Suzanne Russell - Project Administrator with Eddings Signature Home, Inc. Suzanne has several years experience in custom home construction and specific knowledge with various building materials and products. Suzanne assists in the preparation of all new home start-up requirements such as permitting, soil analysis, ACC approvals, etc. She also is critical in the scheduling of the work, soliciting estimates, liaison for material selections, homeowner and sub-contractor communication, and is critical to the success of building projects and to Eddings Signature Homes, Inc.
